Return AND Refund Policy
We want you to love every SUTERAA piece you get. If something isn't quite right, returns are easy. Here's exactly how it works, so you know what to expect before you ever need to ask.
- 30 days to return from the day your order is delivered
- Refunds processed within 10 business days of us receiving it
- Refunded to your original payment method, full amount including tax
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We cover return shipping
- Change of mind? You cover return shipping
Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Doesn't matter if the fit was off or you changed your mind, we'll take care of it. After 30 days we can't accept the return, so hang onto your delivery confirmation email just in case.
To be eligible, your item needs to be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or anything that suggests it's been worn
- Returned with your order number (the confirmation email works fine)
Return Procedure
Email us at info@suteraa.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're returning. We'll send you a return authorisation, the address to ship to, and step-by-step instructions. Please don't send anything back without authorisation first — unannounced returns can't be processed.
Refund Method
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method, for the full amount you paid (taxes included). Your bank might take a couple of extra days to show the credit on your statement, which is on their end, not ours.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see the money, email us and we'll dig into it.
Return Shipping Costs
Original shipping was free, and we don't charge restocking fees or surprise charges. For the return leg:
- Change of mind or exchange: return shipping is on you. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt — we can't cover parcels lost on the way back.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we'll send you a prepaid return label, no cost to you.
Damaged Goods
If your item shows up damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email info@suteraa.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label
Once we confirm, we'll either ship the correct piece or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Cancellation Period
Spotted a mistake at checkout? You've got a 12-hour window from when you place the order to cancel it, as long as it hasn't already moved into packing. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll catch it if we can. Once it's packed or shipped, it can't be cancelled and will need to go through a normal return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return your original for a refund and place a new order. That way you don't wait on stock holds. If you'd rather do a direct exchange, just ask and we'll work with you on what we have available.
What We Can't Take Back
- Final Sale or clearance items
- Anything worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (hygiene)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items sent back without prior authorisation

Missing or Undelivered Parcels
If tracking says "delivered" but nothing arrived, please check around the property, with neighbors, and with your local USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL branch first. Still missing? Reach out within 16 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
Your Legal Rights
This policy is on top of any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. If the law gives you something stronger, that's what applies.
