SUTERAA is an online women's fashion boutique. These Terms cover access to and use of suteraa.com ("the Website"), and any product or service we offer through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Whether it's a question about a piece or a concern about an order, we want you to feel heard.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site — browsers, customers, or anyone else. New features or tools we add later are covered by these Terms too. We may update them from time to time by posting changes on this page; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the changes. Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on suteraa.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately and refrain from placing any order. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer," "User," or "you") and SUTERAA ("we," "us," or "our").

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on suteraa.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, video, illustrations, icons, page layouts, user interface designs, software, source code, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site — is the exclusive property of SUTERAA or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The "SUTERAA" name, logo, and any related product or service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of SUTERAA. You may not use any SUTERAA trademark without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, display, transmit, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Any unauthorised use terminates your licence immediately.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order in our sole discretion, including after an order confirmation email has been sent. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping is free within the United States, so the price you see is the price you pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through one of the payment methods we accept. By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount. We use industry-standard encryption and do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

SUTERAA currently ships within the United States only. Estimated processing and delivery times, shipping fees, carriers, and tracking information are described in full in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return; items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging; refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item; and orders may be cancelled before they are picked, packed, or shipped (typically within 12 hours of placing the order).

User Accounts and Obligations

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used in violation of these Terms, or pose a security or fraud risk.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us directly at info@suteraa.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you and SUTERAA agree that any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through it shall be governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict-of-law principles) and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You and SUTERAA each waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises or it is permanently barred.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you're at least the age of majority in your state, or that you're the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the site.

You can't use our products for anything illegal, you can't break any laws in your jurisdiction, and you can't transmit viruses or anything destructive. Breaking these Terms ends your access to our services immediately.

2. General Conditions

We can refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not payment details) may be transmitted unencrypted and adapted to fit the networks it travels on. Card details are always encrypted in transit.

You can't reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without written permission from us. Section headings are for convenience and don't change the meaning of these Terms.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aren't responsible if information on the site isn't perfectly accurate, complete, or current. Treat what you see here as general reference, not the only source you rely on. We may update the site at any time without notice and don't have to keep historical information up to date.

4. Changes to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products can change without notice. We can modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, again without notice, and we won't be liable to you or any third party for those changes.

5. Products

Some pieces are sold exclusively online and have limited stock. They're subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We try to show colours and images as accurately as possible, but we can't promise your screen will display them exactly. We can limit sales by person, region, or quantity, and we can discontinue any piece at any time.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We can refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including orders that share a card, billing address, or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details you gave us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account info, and to update it (email, card numbers, expiry) so we can fulfil your orders and get hold of you when we need to.

7. Optional Tools

We may give you access to third-party tools we don't control or monitor. You use them "as is" and at your own risk — please check the third-party's own terms before relying on them. New tools or features we roll out later are also covered by these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links

Some content on the site may include links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or accuracy and we have no liability for goods or services bought through them. Please review their policies before you transact with them.

9. User Comments, Feedback and Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or any other materials, you agree we can edit, copy, publish, or otherwise use them in any medium without being obliged to keep them confidential, pay you for them, or reply. We can also moderate or remove anything we consider unlawful, offensive, or in breach of these Terms. You're responsible for anything you submit and you confirm it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Personal Information

Personal information you submit through the store is handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Sometimes information on the site or in the Service has typos, inaccuracies, or missing details (product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times, availability). We can correct, change, or update any of it, and cancel orders if any related information was wrong, at any time without notice, even after you've placed your order.

12. Prohibited Uses

On top of anything else in these Terms, you may not use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to ask others to do anything unlawful; (c) to break any U.S. federal, state, or local law; (d) to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; (e) to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track other people's personal data; (i) to spam, phish, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with the security of the Service or any related website. We can terminate your use of the Service for any of these.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We don't promise that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results from it will be accurate or reliable. We may pull the service offline at any time, without notice.

You use the service at your own risk. The service and everything we deliver through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement.

SUTERAA, along with its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors, won't be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the service or any product bought through it, even if we were told they might happen. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUTERAA, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by a third party because you broke these Terms or any law, or violated someone else's rights.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part still applies to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the unenforceable portion is treated as removed without affecting the rest of the Terms.

16. Termination

Any obligations and liabilities from before termination survive the end of this agreement. These Terms apply until either you or we terminate them. You can terminate by telling us you no longer want to use the services, or simply by stopping use of the site.

If we believe you've broken any part of these Terms, we can terminate the agreement at any time without notice. You'll still owe any amounts due up to the date of termination and we may cut off your access to the services.

17. Entire Agreement

If we don't immediately enforce a right or provision in these Terms, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These Terms plus any policies on the site are the full agreement between you and us and replace any prior agreements, written or verbal. Ambiguity won't be read against the party that drafted them.

18. Governing Law

These Terms, and any separate agreements where we provide you services, are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

You can review the most current version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update, change, or replace any part of them by posting changes here. It's on you to check periodically. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

20. Return and Refund

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  1. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
  2. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@suteraa.com to start a return.
  2. Please don't send anything back before we confirm. Unannounced returns can't be accepted.

Refund Process

  1. If approved, we process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the return.
  2. Refunds go back to the original payment method unless we agree on something else.
  3. No restocking fees. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been picked, packed, or shipped — typically within 12 hours of placing it. Email info@suteraa.com with your order number as soon as you can.
