Shipping at SUTERAA is simple. Every order ships free, anywhere in the United States. There's no minimum to hit and nothing extra added at checkout, the price you see is what you pay.

We ship within the United States only. If you have a U.S. address, we'll get it to you. We do not ship outside the United States.

How Long It Takes

Order cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PDT) are handled on the next business day.

Processing time: Most orders go out the door in 1-3 business days. That's the time it takes us to check the order, inspect the piece, and pack it properly.

Total delivery time: 6-12 business days from the day you place your order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or you've waited past the estimated window, send us a note and we'll look into it.

Delivery Address

Double-check your shipping address before you place the order. We can't cover parcels sent to an address that was entered wrong. If you spot a mistake, email info@suteraa.com within 12 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before your order goes out.
